Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By using WOOWIA™ you accept these terms, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Minimum age

You must be 16 or older. If your country requires a higher age to accept these terms yourself, you need your parents’ or guardians’ permission. To buy or sell access to professional galleries you must be of legal age. You confirm this when you create your account or send a video to a group greeting.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google or with a single-use link we email you: there are no passwords. You are responsible for what is done with your account; if you suspect misuse, write to info@woowia.com. You can sign out and delete your account at any time from your profile.

4. Your content

What you publish remains yours. You grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence limited to what is needed to host, process (convert formats, create thumbnails), display and distribute your content on WOOWIA™ and through the links you share, for as long as it is published. The licence ends when you delete it or your account, except for temporary technical copies.

By publishing you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the video, the music and the image of the people who appear in it, and that you comply with these terms.

5. What is not allowed

• Illegal content or content that incites crime.
• Any sexual content involving minors or that endangers them: we remove it immediately and report it to the authorities.
• Explicit sexual content, graphic violence or its glorification.
• Hate or discrimination, harassment, threats or intimidation.
• Publishing other people’s personal data or images without their permission.
• Infringing copyright, trademark or image rights.
• Spam, scams, impersonation or deception.
• Malware, attempts to breach security or abusive automated use of the service.

6. Reports and moderation

Anyone can report a video via Share → Report, or by writing to info@woowia.com. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break the law or these terms. Where possible we will explain why, and you can ask for a review by writing to info@woowia.com.

7. Private accounts

You can make your account private and protect your videos with a key: anyone who has it can see them. You decide who you share it with.

8. Professional galleries

Authors can publish collections of videos with paid access. Activating a gallery carries a fee depending on the chosen plan (START, PRO or ENTERPRISE), shown before payment, and gives 90 days of publication. The fee is paid via TWINT or Bizum and we activate the gallery once payment is confirmed; it is non-refundable except in case of our error or where the law requires.

Each author sets the access price. The buyer pays the author directly by the means the author indicates, and the author grants access: WOOWIA™ is not a party to that sale and does not handle that payment, and the content and terms of each gallery are the author’s responsibility. You can report any abuse to info@woowia.com.

9. Group greeting

It is free. Whoever creates it is responsible for inviting only people they know and, if they enter the recipient’s email, for having their agreement to send them the link. Whoever sends a video, even without an account, accepts these terms and authorises their video and the name they type to be shown in that greeting; they can remove it from the same device while the greeting is open, or ask at info@woowia.com. The creator can hide videos and decides whether the greeting, once delivered, is published on WOOWIA™.

10. Service availability

We provide WOOWIA™ as it is and work to keep it running, but there may be interruptions, errors or feature changes. We will try to give notice of important changes.

11. Liability

Each person is responsible for the content they publish. INTELLIGENTIA (intelligentia.dev) is not liable for user content or for indirect damages arising from use of the service, unless the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, nor consumer rights.

12. Suspension and closure

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will publish the new version here with its date; if the changes are important, we will announce them in the app before they apply.
